Shipping
Processing times vary. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and shipping.
I currently only ship original artwork to locations within the United States.
Returns
Contact me directly as soon as possible regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements. Orders may only be cancelled before the order has been sent out for shipping. Prints cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with your print or there was a delivery issue, please contact me within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a replacement. Returns are accepted for original artwork only. Artwork must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. The refund will be issued after I have recieved the returned item.
Copyright
I retain the copyright to all artwork I create which includes but is not limited to preliminary sketches, progress photos, completed pieces, and the digital forms of these. You may not reproduce, offer for download, or alter any of my artwork without prior written approval from me. You may share images of my artwork as long as credit is given to GSC Artwork, but you may not sell them.
Privacy
This privacy policy does not apply to my website (www.gscartwork.com), my blog (gscartwork.blogspot.com), or third parties that I do not own or control, including PayPal and Sellfy.
When you purchase an item from me or contact me through Sellfy, I collect certain information from you, such as your name, email address, postal/mailing/shipping address, and payment method and amount.
While I am careful about how and when I share and store your information, I cannot guarantee the security of the information I collect from you. You share your personal information at your own risk.
I use your information to fulfill your order and provide customer support. In order to do so, I may share your information with Sellfy, payment services (including PayPal), printing companies (including Gelato and Vistaprint), delivery companies (including USPS), and trusted persons within my household. I will be careful not to share your personally identifiable information with any other third party without your consent unless I am required to do so by law or you have made the information public on my blog. I will never sell your information.
The information I collect from you is kept on file indefinitely for administrative and legal purposes.
